How It Is Done
With the Defender belly down on the mat, the Attacker squats down over top of the Defender's back, facing towards the Defender's head. The Attacker takes hold of the Defender's arms and places each one in the crease between the Attacker's thigh and abdomen. Once the arms are trapped, the Attacker then laces their fingers together under the Defender's chin and pulls the Defender's head up and back.
How To Escape
There is no escape if both arms are trapped. If the Defender's arms aren't trapped, the Defender can use their hands to unlace or dislodge the Attacker's hands and break the hold.
