The following description exists for REFERENCE. It is NOT intended as INSTRUCTIONAL
How It Is Done
The Attacker manuevers the Defender into the position where the Defender finds their lower back balanced either on the Attacker's shoulders or kneeling knee. The Attacker then puts one hand on the Defender's thigh and the other on the Defender's chin and either pushes (over knee) or pulls (over shoulder) down to "break" the Defender's back until they submit.
How To Escape
The Defender's hands and legs are usually free to effect an escape through a chin push or unbalancing the Attacker.
