How it is done

With the Defender on their back, the Attacker traps one of the Defender's ankles behind their opposite knee. The Attacker then laces their arms through the Defender's legs, lacing their hands together on the Defender's thigh. Once the legs are locked, the Attacker rolls the Defender over onto their stomach and starts leaning back, applying pressure to the Defender's back until they submit.

How to escape

In pro wrestling, an escape from this hold is usually the Defender grabbing the ropes which means a break.
