How it is done

With the Defender on their stomach, the Attacker crossed their own legs and entraps the lower leg of the Defender. The Attacker then reaches forward, bending the Defender\'s leg and gets a hold of the Defender\'s chin, pulling and bending the Defender\'s back until submission.

How to escape

The Defender has their arms free so they can work to dislodge the Attacker\'s hands then pivot towards the Attacker in order to wrestle their leg free.
