The Defender is on their back on the mat with the Attacker facing them and standing at their feet. The Attacker grabs one of the Defender's legs and keys that foot behind the Defender's other knee. The Attacker then laces their arms through the Defender's legs to keep the Defender's legs trapped and rolls the Defender onto their stomach, to bend the Defender's back and force a submission.

If the pain in the legs and back isn't too much, the Defender could possibly use their arms to twist and throw the Attacker off balance.
