How it is done

The Defender is on their back on the mat. The Attacker sits on their chest and grabs a hold of the Defender's legs and bends them up (usually placing the Defender's legs under the Attacker's own arms for leverage). The Attacker can then lean back very slowly, bending the Defender in half until submission.

How to escape

The Defender could possibly use their leg strength to push the Attacker off, if they aren't already bent up too much.
