The following description exists for REFERENCE. It is NOT intended as INSTRUCTIONAL.

With the Defender laying down on their stomach, the Attacker gets their one leg between the Defender's legs as they face away from the Defender's head. The Attacker places the Defender's one ankle behind the Defender's opposite knee then leans back and pulls on the Defender's leg.

The Defender's arms are free to help move themselves about, possibly to catch part of the Attacker's body and pull to effect an escape if the Attacker hasn't bent the Defender's back and legs too far to submission by that time.
