The Defender is on their stomach on the mat while the Attacker is standing over them facing the Defender's feet. The Attacker keys their own legs between the Defender's legs then rolls onto their back, turning the Defender over. The Attacker then gets hold of the Defender's wrists and lifts their legs into the air, pulling the Defender up and into submission.
