How it is done

The Defender is on their stomach on the mat with the Attacker standing above them, one leg on each side of the Defender's body. The Attacker gets each of the Defender's ankles under one of thir armpits, then bends over, gets hold of the Defender's wrists and lifts them off the mat to submission. If the Attacker is strong enough, they can put the swing in motion, making the hold more effective

How to escape

Twisting and squirming against the hold is the only option as all the Defender's limbs are trapped.
