With the Attacker and Defender on their feet and facing one another, the Attacker forces the Defender's head down and between the Attacker's legs. The Attacker wraps their arms around the Defender's waist and lifts them vertically so the Defender is upside down. The Attacker then drops to their knees, driving the Defender's head into the mat.

Before being lifted, the Defender can drop to their knees and crawl through the Attacker's legs, provided the Attacker doesn't have a firm grip on the Defender's head with their legs.
