With the Defender sitting on their bum and legs out forward, the Attacker sits down behind them and wraps their legs around the Defender's body. The Attacker loops their arms under the Defender's arms and rolls backwards, pulling the Defender up on top of them. Then, the Attacker stretches out their legs and rolls forward, dropping the Defender hard onto their keister.
