Gut Stomp

How it is done

Not a hold but a tactic often used. With the Defender on their back, the Attacker stomps down on the Defender's belly. To be more effective, the Attacker can have the Defender's ankles in their hands and split their legs before the stomp.

How to escape

The Defender could possibly roll out of the way if they're not being held.
