With the Defender on their back on the mat, the Attacker scissors the Defender's one arm between their legs while putting their body weight on the Defender's chest and stretching out the Attacker's other arm with their own.

The Defender can turn their head so their ear is against the ground and use their legs to bridge and roll the Attacker off.
