The Defender starts on their stomach on the mat. The Attacker steps on the back of each of the Defender's thighs just above the back of the Defender's knees. The Attacker then laces the Defender's lower legs around their own. Next, the Attacker gets hold of the Defender's arms, throws their weight backwards and rolls onto their back, hoisting the Defender into the air.

The Defender is at the Attacker's mercy. It's either submit or suffer through until the Attacker gives up on the hold.
