Bow and Arrow

The following description exists for REFERENCE. It is NOT intended as INSTRUCTIONAL.

How it is done

While both the Attacker and Defender are on the mat, the Attacker gets a hold of the Defender's one wrist and one leg (usually on the same side but not always), places their foot (or feet) on the Defender's torso and pulls. The Attacker (aKa the Arrow) pulls and bends the Defender (aKa the Bow) to submission.

How to escape

The easiest escape from this is for the Defender to twist their body and dislodge the Attacker's foot. Also, the Defender can try to twist and slip their hand and/or foot free from the Attacker's grip.
