The following description exists for REFERENCE. It is NOT intended as INSTRUCTIONAL.

The most common execution of this hold starts with the Defender on their back with the Attacker standing at their feet. The Attacker gets each of the Defender's ankles under each of the Attacker's arms and the Attacker locks their hands together in front of the Attacker's chest. The Attacker then spins and steps one leg over the Defender, flipping the Defender onto their stomach. The Attacker then leans back and/or sits down, bending the Defender's legs until submission.

The Defender could possibly force the Attacker off by straightening their legs before the Attacker gets the hold locked down. If the hold is locked, the Defender could reach up behind and gain control of the Attacker's head to force a break in the hold.
