Back Kneed Double Arm Choke

How it is done

With the Defender on their butt on the mat, the Attacker kneels behind them, positioning their knee into the middle of the Defender's back. the Attacker grabs one of the Defender's wrists and pulls it back across the Defender's throat to their opposite shoulder. The Attacker repeats this with the Defender's other arm, pulling it across the Defender's chest and over their opposite shoulder. With the Defender's own arms strangling them, the Attacker pull back until the Defender chokes out their submission.

How to escape

The Defender can possibly twist their body away or, depending on their flexibility and pain threshold, can push themselves up while on the Attacker's knee before twisting away to freedom.
