With the Defender on their butt on the mat, the Attacker kneels behind them, positioning their knee into the middle of the Defender's back. The Attacker cups their hands under the Defender's chin and pulls back while pushing their knee forward into the Defender's back.

The Defender can possibly twist their body away or, depending on their flexibility and pain threshold, can push themselves up while on the Attacker's knee before twisting away to freedom.
